Meet James

I’m James a Triathlon and Endurance Coach based in Cheshire, UK with over a decade of experience competing in the sport, and helping athletes train with purpose, consistency, and confidence. I hold a coaching qualification from the Endurance Sport Coaching Institute and a teaching qualification from Loughborough University. My coaching is grounded in evidence-based training principles combined with extensive real world racing experience.
